Order Status
Lead time for most items is 2-4 weeks from purchase date. Each item is made to order and is a custom piece made just for you. This means a small wait time, but you can be sure we are working on getting your order to you as fast as possible.
We keep a good stock of all of our fabrics on hand. However, we use fabrics from all over the world, and occasionally our sourced fabrics are on back order. In case of back order, you will be notified via email with a more accurate delivery date. For high volume orders, where materials of larger quantities may not be in stock, there is a possibility of longer wait times. For volume orders (5 or more items) please contact DAWNE@BLANCCARTE.COM for a customized order plan.
You will receive an email once payment is processed and your order has been received. You will receive a second email once your order is ready for pick-up / delivery (local) or ready to ship. If order is being shipped, you will receive a final email with a tracking number once your order has been sent out.

Returns
We hope you love your BLANCCARTE Interiors purchase. Because each piece is custom made just for you, returns and exchanges are only accepted in case of damaged goods. Should your order be damaged or faulty, please email DAWNE@BLANCCARTE.COM within 2 days of receipt of goods.
Returns must be sent back with all original packaging at the customer’s expense using a trackable post method within 7 days of receipt of goods.
