PAYMENT:

For regular orders, the customer will place his/her order through the BLANCCARTE Interiors website and pay the total price in full using our online order form.  The customer will receive an email confirming receipt of payment and then the order will go into production. Because all orders are custom orders, there will be no revoking payment once it has been received.

For orders of 5 or more items, the customer may use the online order form, or he/she can request a commercial invoice to be created via email (DAWNE@BLANCCARTE.COM).  That invoice will be created and sent to the customer within 24 hours. Once payment has been processed, the customer will receive a confirmation email. If lead time for these larger orders will exceed the standard 2-4 week production time (due to backordered materials or volume orders), the customer will be notified of the lead time via email.
